Asbestos Awareness

Course Aims:

To provide the students with the basic awareness of working with Asbestos.

Course objectives

By the end of the training session the students will be equipped with the following:

• Discuss the dangers involved with Asbestos
• Discuss where Asbestos can be found
• Discuss what appropriate action should be taken in the event of discovery
• Discuss the correct use of RPE and be able to select the most appropriate PPE and RPE for the task

Course syllabus:

The dangers involved with Asbestos, where Asbestos can be found, what appropriate action should be taken in the event of discovery, the correct use of RPE and be able to select the most appropriate PPE and RPE for the task.

• Continuous assessment by trainer
