Here at Alpha Safety Training, we can provide your company with several Train the Trainer training courses and qualifications at our Head Office/Centre in Swansea or at our New Centre in Cardiff; Ranging from the First Aid Train the Trainer, AED Train the Trainer and Health and Safety Train the Trainer course, to the Food Safety Train the Trainer, Fire Safety Train the Trainer and Manual Handling Train the Trainer courses.Train the Trainer courses have been designed for those who have their basic teaching qualification (PTLLS) but are still unsure how to effectively deliver an industry specific course.
Each of our Train the Trainer courses will take the learner through the days presentation and activities of the subject that they will be delivering in their own place of work.
Our trainers have a long history of training in their specialist area, and will impart many techniques that they have found useful in training their subject over the years.
At the end of each Train the Trainer course, you will be provided with a tutor pack for the course that will contain a paper copy of the presentation, all the handouts used on such a subject course and a copy of the materials you will likely to be giving to any students so that you are fully equipped to teach the course yourself in your own place of work.
