Course Aims:
To provide the students with the basic knowledge of Food Safety.
Course objectives
By the end of the training session the students will be equipped with the following:
- Discuss the basics of Food Safety
- Discuss microbiological hazards
- Discuss contamination hazards and pests
- Discuss HACCP and temperature control
- Discuss and demonstrate personal hygiene
- Discuss and demonstrate cleaning
Course syllabus:
Introduction to Food Safety, microbiological hazards, contamination hazards and pests, HACCP and temperature control, personal hygiene and cleaning.
