To provide the students with the knowledge and skills to supervise Food Safety

By the end of the training session the students will be equipped with the following:

Microbiology, food contamination Hazards and Controls, food poisoning and food borne diseases, personal hygiene, storage and temperature control, food spoilage and preservation, food premises and equipment, cleaning and disinfection, pest control, supervisory management/HACCP, food safety legislation.
