This course is designed for trainers who are looking at delivering Food Safety Level 1 & 2 courses in thier own place of work. Candidates must already hold a PTLLS certificate along with a Level 3 Food Safety/Hygiene qualification.
Course Content:
This course supports the students through both the Level 1 & 2 Food Safety courses.
Course Aims:
To provide the students with the knowledge and understanding of the principles and practical applications of Food Safety in the workplace.
Course Objectives:

- Food Safety Standards Agency
- Food Safety risk assessments
- Understanding the main causes of food poisoning in the U.K
- Protecting the public from infection
- Legislation in Wales and England
- Record keeping and monitoring

- Keeping food free from contamination
